Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. While we aim to process all orders within the stated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances, such as high order volumes or shipping carrier delays, may occasionally affect processing times. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
STORE PICKUP
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse; no pickup is available.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping to make your shopping experience straightforward and hassle-free:
· Domestic Flat Rate: A standard shipping fee will be applied to all domestic orders, regardless of weight or destination within the country.
· Delivery Time: Flat rate shipping typically takes 3-5 days to deliver once the order has been processed and shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Pursuing Excellence does not ship outside of the United States.
